Returns

We only accept unworn, new products with its original package. Please, contact us before you send us the package.– Fill out the Returns Form that comes with your order and enclose it with your return. (It’s very important to enclose the form. We will not be able to process the return if the form was not enclosed.)
– Pack sneakers so that they are protected. Use double-box so you do not damage the shoe box. Do not write or put any tape or shipping labels on the shoe box. Try to pack it the way you received your order from us.
